What Types Of Fabrics Does Jia Collection Use?
Jia Collection pieces only use the finest yarns and fabrics sourced from Italy and Japan. We make sure each fabric/yarn that we choose is top quality and very comfortable to wear. The majority of the fabrics/yarns we use have natural fiber content such as wool, cashmere, alpaca, cotton, silk, or linen. Some have viscose, nylon or poly to add to the sheen and luster of the fabric/yarn texture.

Jia Collection is based in New York City, and is carried in several niche retail boutiques. No international retail boutiques currently carry any Jia Collection products. No large department store or chains currently carry any Jia Collection products.

How Do I Use A Promotion Code Online?
To redeem special promotions, customers must enter the promotion code(s) during the checkout process. After entering offer code, offer adjustments will be made to eligible orders at checkout. Promotional offers may have certain purchase requirements, and do not apply to Gift Cards, E-Cards, gift wrap, shipping or taxes. Offers are valid while supplies last. Which Credit Cards Does JiaCollection.com Accept?
JiaCollection.com accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard. JiaCollection.com currently does not accept checks, cash or money orders.
What Is Jia Collection's International Policy?
JiaCollection.com can ship globally. We use FedEx to ship our products. Shipping rates and delivery times vary. All orders are calculated based on US Dollars and applied to your credit card. We do not include any duties or local taxes that you may be required to pay depending on your location.
What If I Have A Problem With My Jia Collection Product?
Jia Collection is happy to handle repairs (free of charge) which result from a manufacturing defect. However, we cannot handle repairs that are the result of normal wear and tear.If you believe that there is a defect in materials and/or workmanship, for fastest results you should return the item to the place of purchase. If you wish to have us repair your item, contact Jia Collection Customer Service by phone at 1-888-493-3899, or by email at info@JiaCollection.com for instructions on how to return the item to our offices for inspection. We will repair or replace your item free of charge if we determine, upon inspection, that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. Typical turn-around time is three to four weeks for US customers and six to eight weeks for international customers.
Does JiaCollection.com Charge Sales Tax?
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to New York state only. Shipments to any other state will not include tax. Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order and range between 4 - 8%. Do I Pay Tax On Shipping & Handling?
State tax regulations require we collect sales tax on shipping and handling where applicable.
How Do I Check My Order Status?
You can check the status of your order if you have registered with JiaColleciton.com and created an account. Log in to your account and click on “View my Orders”. If you are not a registered user with JiaCollection.com, your information is not available online. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-493-3899 anytime Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST. A representative will happily provide this information to you.Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please call customer service at 1-888-493-3899. If you ordered several items, to be delivered to the same address, we will make every effort to send all available items together. If we are unable to fulfill your order in one shipment, we will send them to you in separate packages. We will also send you an email informing you of the status of your order.
How Do I Track My Order?
Your tracking number will be included in your shipped confirmation email confirmation. You can click on the link included in the email you receive or go directly to the FedEx website to track your order. Enter the number included in your shipped confirmation email and tracking information will display. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately as it typically takes 24 to 48 hours to display.
Can I Cancel My Order? How?
Yes. We understand that mistakes happen, especially if clicking quickly online. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so prior to the order being shipped. Priority orders are shipped daily at 4pm EST (GMT-5), and standard Ground orders are shipped on the following business day at 4pm EST. How Can I Exchange A Gift Received From Jia Collection?

What Are JiaCollection.com's Processing Timelines?
Priority Overnight and First Overnight orders are given top priority.For priority shipments:
Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after NOON EST will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed after NOON EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Standard Ground orders ship within 48 hours from the time they begin processing, pending availability and credit card verification.Jia Collection will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
Where Does Jia Collection Ship?
JiaCollection.com ships to all of the United States and Canada. NOTE that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes under any circumstances. Jia Collection ships to over 120 countries.

Canada Shipping Details
For orders shipped to Canada, please use a valid street address, as we cannot ship to PO boxes. International orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day because additional verification is often necessary. FedEx states that most shipments are delivered within 4-5 business days. However, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please allow time for your package to clear customs. This may take from a couple of days to several weeks.If you need to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the return shipment of the item. We will cover FedEx Ground shipping costs on exchanges.
What About Customs Duties & Other Fees?
Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty, as they vary from country to country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of American law and the laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should we ever misrepresent the value. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. What Is The JiaCollection.com Return Policy?
All returns must be purchased from JiaCollection.com. With the exception of Final Sale merchandise, we gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of purchase (14 days for sales items).Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping or product error.At this time, Jia Collection only offers FedEx return labels for domestic return addresses. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. International customers are required to arrange shipping themselves on return orders sent from outside the United States through their own preferred courier service.

Return packages are to be dropped at the nearest authorized Federal Express location or drop box.

May I Return Sale Merchandise Purchased From JiaCollection.com?
Sale merchandise is included in our 14-day return policy with the exception of Final Sale merchandise. Final Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
Can I Get A Refund In A Different Payment Method Than Used On My Original Order?
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 21 calendar days of the invoice date (14 days for sales items). Customers who return merchandise more than 21 calendar days (14 days for sales items), but not more than 60 days after invoice date will receive a merchandise credit to be used online at JiaCollection.com.

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense, including the return shipping charges and the shipping charges of sending you the correct order. Jia Collection will provide a pre-paid FedEx shipping label to expedite the return.
