What Types Of Fabrics Does Jia Collection Use?

Jia Collection pieces only use the finest yarns and fabrics sourced from Italy and Japan. We make sure each fabric/yarn that we choose is top quality and very comfortable to wear. The majority of the fabrics/yarns we use have natural fiber content such as wool, cashmere, alpaca, cotton, silk, or linen. Some have viscose, nylon or poly to add to the sheen and luster of the fabric/yarn texture.

In What Retail Locations Can I Find Jia Collection?

Jia Collection is based in New York City, and is carried in several niche retail boutiques.  No international retail boutiques currently carry any Jia Collection products. No large department store or chains currently carry any Jia Collection products.

How Can I Search For Products Quickly At JiaCollection.com?

Find exactly what you are looking for by entering descriptive Key Words in the Search box in the upper right hand corner of every page. Refine by several different options such as a price range, the number of different ways a Jia Collection piece can be worn, or the color of the Jia Collection piece along the left hand side of the page.

How Do I Use A Promotion Code Online?

To redeem special promotions, customers must enter the promotion code(s) during the checkout process. After entering offer code, offer adjustments will be made to eligible orders at checkout. Promotional offers may have certain purchase requirements, and do not apply to Gift Cards, E-Cards, gift wrap, shipping or taxes. Offers are valid while supplies last. Please see the specific promotional offer details for complete terms and conditions, including expiration date and other exceptions. All orders are subject to verification.

Which Credit Cards Does JiaCollection.com Accept?

JiaCollection.com accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard.  JiaCollection.com currently does not accept checks, cash or money orders.

What Is Jia Collection's International Policy?

JiaCollection.com can ship globally.  We use FedEx to ship our products.  Shipping rates and delivery times vary.  All orders are calculated based on US Dollars and applied to your credit card.  We do not include any duties or local taxes that you may be required to pay depending on your location.  

What If I Have A Problem With My Jia Collection Product?

Jia Collection  is happy to handle repairs (free of charge) which result from a manufacturing defect.  However, we cannot handle repairs that are the result of normal wear and tear.If you believe that there is a defect in materials and/or workmanship, for fastest results you should return the item to the place of purchase.  If you wish to have us repair your item, contact Jia Collection  Customer Service by phone at 1-888-493-3899, or by email at info@JiaCollection.com for instructions on how to return the item to our offices for inspection.  We will repair or replace your item free of charge if we determine, upon inspection, that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.  Typical turn-around time is three to four weeks for US customers and six to eight weeks for international customers.

Does JiaCollection.com Charge Sales Tax?

Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to New York state only.  Shipments to any other state will not include tax.  Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order and range between 4 - 8%.  For current tax rates in your NY county, see: http://www.tax.ny.gov/pdf/publications/sales/pub718.pdf.

Don’t worry if you forget your password, we can reset your password and email you a new one.  For your security, we are unable to give out passwords over the phone or email them to a different email address than the one you used to register.

Do I Need To Create An Account To Place An Order?

No, you may check-out without creating an account, just click the "Continue Checkout" button to continue as a guest.  Registering an account is beneficial for those who wish to store their preferences, wish lists, shipping and billing information.

Does Jia Collection Accept Orders By Telephone?

Yes, Jia Collection takes orders by phone.  Please call Jia Collection  Customer Service for assistance at 1-888-493-3899 anytime Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm EST (GMT-5).

Do I Pay Tax On Shipping & Handling?

State tax regulations require we collect sales tax on shipping and handling where applicable.  

How Do I Check My Order Status?

You can check the status of your order if you have registered with JiaColleciton.com and created an account.  Log in to your account and click on “View my Orders”.  If you are not a registered user with JiaCollection.com, your information is not available online.  Please call Customer Service at 1-888-493-3899 anytime Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST.  A representative will happily provide this information to you.Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.  If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please call customer service at 1-888-493-3899.  If you ordered several items, to be delivered to the same address, we will make every effort to send all available items together.  If we are unable to fulfill your order in one shipment, we will send them to you in separate packages.  We will also send you an email informing you of the status of your order.

How Do I Track My Order?

Your tracking number will be included in your shipped confirmation email confirmation.  You can click on the link included in the email you receive or go directly to the FedEx website to track your order.  Enter the number included in your shipped confirmation email and tracking information will display.  Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately as it typically takes 24 to 48 hours to display.

Can I Cancel My Order?  How?

Yes.  We understand that mistakes happen, especially if clicking quickly online.  If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so prior to the order being shipped.  Priority orders are shipped daily at 4pm EST (GMT-5), and standard Ground orders are shipped on the following business day at 4pm EST.  If you have additional questions about your order, please contact Jia Collection Customer Service directly by phone at 1-888-493-3899 or by email at info@JiaCollection.com.

How Can I Exchange A Gift Received From Jia Collection?

If you would like to return merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on JiaCollection.com, you may exchange the merchandise and receive a credit for the value of your product(s) to be used for your future purchase at JiaCollection.com.  Please email info@JiaCollection.com for exchange instructions.  You may contact Jia Collection Customer Service by phone at 1-888-493-3899 or by email at info@JiaCollection.com for further assistance.

What Are My Shipping Options?

JiaCollection.com uses FedEx to ship orders. FedEx offers a variety of Ground shipping, and expedite Air shipping across the USA, Canada and globally.  You will have the ability to select from these options at the time of purchase and the shipping rate will be displayed and added to your order. Ground Shipping Timelines

Standard Ground shipping is 3 - 5 business days for most US states.  Some states require 5 - 7 business days.  

*Above are estimated business days for total processing plus shipping times for orders received by noon and being shipped out on the following business day.

What Are JiaCollection.com's Processing Timelines?

Priority Overnight and First Overnight orders are given top priority.For priority shipments:
Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after NOON EST will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed after NOON EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Standard Ground orders ship within 48 hours from the time they begin processing, pending availability and credit card verification.Jia Collection  will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse.  You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.  

Where Does Jia Collection Ship?

JiaCollection.com ships to all of the United States and Canada.  NOTE that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes under any circumstances.  Jia Collection ships to over 120 countries.

*  Some Products are made in China and could result in a high duty rate.
*  Duty and Taxes - The recipient (the party receiving goods) is responsible for all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery.  The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.

Canada Shipping Details

For orders shipped to Canada, please use a valid street address, as we cannot ship to PO boxes.  International orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day because additional verification is often necessary.  FedEx states that most shipments are delivered within 4-5 business days.  However, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.  Please allow time for your package to clear customs.  This may take from a couple of days to several weeks.If you need to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the return shipment of the item.  We will cover FedEx Ground shipping costs on exchanges.  

What About Customs Duties & Other Fees?

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty, as they vary from country to country.  The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order.  In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise."  Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of American law and the laws of most other countries.  In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should we ever misrepresent the value.  Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient.  Call your local customs office for more information about these charges.

Returns & Exchanges

What Is The JiaCollection.com Return Policy?

All returns must be purchased from JiaCollection.com.  With the exception of Final Sale merchandise, we gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of purchase (14 days for sales items).Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping or product error.At this time, Jia Collection only offers FedEx return labels for domestic return addresses.  Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.  International customers are required to arrange shipping themselves on return orders sent from outside the United States through their own preferred courier service.

How Do I Return A JiaCollection.com Purchase?

To return product, you must first contact Jia Collection Customer Service by email on info@JiaCollection.com to request to be sent a return shipping label.  Upon receipt, cover the original shipping label with the return label and complete the sender information section.  The label authorizes a return via Federal Express to our warehouse.  If there is any defect or error with the product, there will be no cost to you to perform your return.  All return shipping charges are covered by the Jia Collection for all US orders, when utilizing the approved return shipping label.   Returns must include the customer order number and billing name.  Return packages are to be dropped at the nearest authorized Federal Express location or drop box.

May I Return Sale Merchandise Purchased From JiaCollection.com?

Sale merchandise is included in our 14-day return policy with the exception of Final Sale merchandise.  Final Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.

Can I Get A Refund In A Different Payment Method Than Used On My Original Order?

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 21 calendar days of the invoice date (14 days for sales items). Customers who return merchandise more than 21 calendar days (14 days for sales items), but not more than 60 days after invoice date will receive a merchandise credit to be used online at JiaCollection.com.

What If My Product(s) Received From JiaCollection.com Is Damaged Or Incorrect?

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense, including the return shipping charges and the shipping charges of sending you the correct order.  Jia Collection  will provide a pre-paid FedEx shipping label to expedite the return.  To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact Jia Collection Customer Service by phone at 1-888-493-3899 or by email at info@JiaCollection.com.Jia Collection ship internationally using FedEx and customers using a third party service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur.
