One side has a solid overlay with the lace on the sleeves and a layer that cascades out from under the solid fabric at the hips. The strategic placement of the lace accentuates the figure and gives a sexy look without being overt. The other side is completely lace, with the solid fabric providing modesty underneath at the body. The length for size small is 27.5" and the model is 5'10".
